About Cristi
Cristi Carrington has worked in the insurance industry for nearly 25 years and is the point person for all of Brown & Riding’s carrier relationships. She also manages the firm’s underwriting division and has developed many specialized programs for the company during her tenure, including a Habitational program, DIC, MPL, All Risk including Wind & Earthquake, and a nationwide risk purchasing group for a top 40 nationally ranked retailer. Prior to B&R, she oversaw the binding group at Alexander Morford & Woo, which merged with B&R in 2010.
Cristi has served on several committees and industry associations throughout her career. In 2021, she was selected to serve on the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) Board of Directors. She also currently serves as WSIA’s PAC Committee Co-Chair and has previously served on the legacy NAPSLO Technology Committee. Additionally, she has created unique educational opportunities for her peers in the industry and has coordinated one-of-a-kind CE courses featuring Lloyd’s America, the Surplus Line Association of Washington, and the Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
