Grim’s tenure with Brown & Riding since 2014 has culminated in his new role, and he will continue to report directly to Jeff Rodriguez, President and CEO. Rodriguez remarked on Grim’s promotion: “Andrew’s elevation to this role reflects his exceptional leadership and significant contributions to our firm.” In this capacity, Grim will strengthen collaboration with Mike Boseman, Chief Operating Officer, and Cristi Carrington, Chief Distribution Officer, enhancing operational synergies. Additionally, he will partner with Chris Brown, Chairman of Brown & Riding, who has been instrumental in guiding the firm’s specialty development. Their joint efforts will be central to enhancing client experiences and advancing Brown & Riding’s strategic initiatives in industry and specialty product specialization.
