Nick Calabro is a Principal, Senior Vice President, and Broker at Brown & Riding, specializing in construction with a focus on residential trade contractors. With over 14 years of industry experience, he joined B&R in 2025 and became a shareholder within his first year at the company.
He is an active member of Brown & Riding’s Construction Practice, a group of seasoned professionals specializing in all areas of construction. The group combines deep industry knowledge, strong market relationships, and streamlined service to provide top-tier support for clients across every major construction sector in the United States.
Nick enjoys the challenging, competitive nature of the industry and describes it as a career of constant learning. He values the trust and relationships built amongst colleagues in the industry and leads with transparency, working to always provide the best solutions and services to his clients.
Outside of work, Nick is also active in his community. He currently serves on the board of directors for an organization called Open Hearts for Orphans and enjoys golfing and fishing with family and friends.
