About Justin
Justin Mansfield is a Casualty Broker specializing in construction, real estate, and hospitality. He joined Brown & Riding in 2024.
Justin began his insurance career in 2016 at an insurtech startup after playing hockey professionally. He was introduced to the E&S space in 2018 and spent five years helping his retail clients place complex casualty risks prior to joining B&R.
Throughout his career, Justin has found the relationships he has built within the industry to be the most fulfilling. In an industry that is so vast, he enjoys how small it feels to those who are in it. Justin is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents Young Agents Committee (MAIA YAC) and regularly attends the WSIA annual marketplace.
Justin’s professional philosophy centers around work ethic and an abundance mindset. He believes consistent and persistent hard work will always win out. In the same breath, he emphasizes an abundance mindset as imperative to being a successful broker. His favorite part of his job is solving his clients’ hardest problems. He diagnoses client challenges, manages expectations, and strives to deliver exceptional results.
