Brown & Riding has been ranked number 13 in America’s 100 Most Loved Workplaces® 2023, presented by Newsweek.
“Attracting and retaining top talent continues to be a challenge and top priority of executive leadership,” says Louis Carter, CEO, Best Practice Institute and Most Loved Workplaces® Founder. “The companies on this list have committed to listening intently to their employees and then creating a better workplace where employees love to come to work.”
America’s Most Loved Workplaces® 2023 is the result of Newsweek’s collaboration with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), a leadership development and benchmark research company. BPI measures five areas to determine how employees feel about their workplace, including collaboration within the organization, employees’ positive outlook about their future at the company, alignment of employee and employer values, respect at all levels, and career achievement.
“Having a positive company culture has always been at the forefront of what we are building at Brown & Riding,” says Jeff Rodriguez, president and CEO. “Since Brown & Riding’s inception, our employees have owned 100% of our company, enabling a great deal of flexibility and allowing us to innovate and adapt quickly. We are honored to receive this recognition and view it as a reflection of the hard work and dedication B&R employees bring to the table every day.”
Results were determined after surveying employees from companies throughout the country, across all industries, of all sizes, varying from 50 to more than 10,000 employees. The list recognizes companies that have created a workplace where employees are at the center of the business model and feel respected, inspired, and appreciated.
“This achievement would not be possible without the valuable input of Brown & Riding employees who continue to contribute to our core values of teamwork, quality, and professionalism and who are dedicated to supporting each other and our business partners,” says Chris Welty, Brown & Riding Chief Human Resources Officer. “Our collective passion, camaraderie, and dedication is what makes our culture thrive.”
