About Ross
Ross Nichols is a Vice President and Production Underwriter with marked expertise in Property, Casualty, Garage / Garagekeepers, Dealers Open Lot, and Liquor Liability. He is also adept at helping retailers with package products.
Ross began his insurance career in 2014 by joining Brown & Riding. Formerly the firm’s Service Center Manager, he developed a keen interest in the production side of the industry and made the move to join B&R’s underwriting department in 2019. Starting in an entry level position, he quickly progressed, becoming a Production Underwriter in only three years’ time.
In 2024, Ross was selected to attend Lloyd’s Broker Academy in London, a rigorously immersive professional development program where participants learn how some of the most complex and challenging risks in the world are insured at Lloyd’s.
