About Mark
Mark Jarboe is a Vice President and the company’s lead Entertainment specialist. He joined Brown & Riding as a Broker in 2017 and is able to handle all lines of entertainment and sports business across the country. Mark has 20 years of wholesale broker experience and nearly 40 years’ overall industry experience, having started in insurance by working for an insurance company part-time while in college. After graduation, he stayed on and became their Commercial Business Manager in San Francisco. Mark then moved over to underwriting, becoming the Excess and Surplus Lines Underwriting Manager for another insurance company for 6 years before transitioning to wholesale brokerage.
Mark has earned CPCU, RPLU, and ARM designations and is committed to furthering education in the industry. He is a former CPCU and ARM instructor, and he is an approved continuing education provider for the CA Department of Insurance, offering CE classes to agents.
