About Harold
Harold Nam has served as Brown & Riding’s Chief Financial Officer since 2021. During his tenure, he has been a key part of many significant Accounting transitions, including two significant M&A transactions, realigning the department to better meet the day-to-day needs of production staff, and improving the company’s overall accounting efficiencies.
Harold first joined the firm in 2008 as a Staff Accountant. He has played a critical role in leading the Finance and Accounting department during periods of unprecedented growth and also supervised the integration of the Compliance Department with Accounting, which further enhanced the company’s capabilities, stability, and knowledge-sharing. He has been instrumental in growing B&R from a regional specialty broker to the largest fully independent, owner-operated, national wholesale brokerage firm in the United States.
