Elizabeth Bounds Appointed General Counsel at Brown & Riding

Brown & Riding is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Bounds as General Counsel. Bounds currently serves as the firm’s chief legal resource and oversees the company’s legal, risk management, and claims departments.

Bounds originally joined Brown & Riding as Staff Counsel in February 2014 and has continued to progress over the years through positions of increased responsibility, including becoming a shareholder of the firm. Since joining B&R, she has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s legal and E&O mitigation practices; representing B&R in complex legal, claim, and E&O situations; and advocating for clients. With degrees in both Risk Management & Insurance as well as a Doctor of Law (JD), she consistently demonstrates an impressive ability to successfully navigate complex legal issues.
