Broker Jonathan Moraru Joins Brown & Riding’s National Property Practice

Brown & Riding is pleased to announce Jonathan Moraru has joined its National Property Practice.

With more than a decade of experience, Moraru specializes in middle-market to large and complex property and builder’s risk placements, serving clients across a wide range of industries, including commercial real estate, hospitality, habitational, retail, industrial, and catastrophe-prone properties.

Moraru brings both underwriting and brokerage experience to his role. Drawing on experience from working on both sides of the business, Moraru has a unique understanding of how carriers evaluate risks, and he uses that perspective to present submissions effectively, negotiate strong terms, and deliver results for his clients.
