B&R Receives Award Based on Employee Satisfaction Rating
Brown & Riding has been recognized as a 2018 Top Insurance Workplace by Insurance Business America (IBA). According to IBA, “out of the hundreds of companies that participated, only 51 earned the title of Top Insurance Workplace.” Brown & Riding is one of only 15 companies to be named in the 100-499 employees category. The award recognizes companies in the insurance industry based on “a number of metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and more,” according to IBA. “Organizations that received an 80% or greater average satisfaction rating from [their] employees were named a Top Insurance Workplace.”
