Top Insurance Employers 2024

Brown & Riding has been named a 2024 Top Insurance Employer by Insurance Business America (IBA). This award recognizes companies across the industry based on direct feedback from their employees, who anonymously rate their employers on critical factors such as benefits, compensation, company culture, employee development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

To earn the Top Insurance Employer title, a company must achieve an average satisfaction rating of 75% or higher from a confidential employee survey. For 2024, only 43 companies received this rating, and Brown & Riding is one of just 11 companies recognized in the medium-sized category (101-500 employees), receiving an employee satisfaction rate of 89%.
