Brown & Riding has been awarded with a Top Insurance Employer 2023 award by Insurance Business America (IBA). The award is given to companies of all sizes based on feedback from their employees. Employees anonymously rate their employers on categories such as benefits, compensation, culture, employee development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
To be a Top Insurance Employer, a company needs to receive an 80% or greater average satisfaction rating from a confidential employee survey. Only 48 employers received this rating for 2023, and B&R is one of only 15 companies in the medium (101-500 employees) category.
