Brown & Riding has received the Best Places to Work in Insurance accolade for the sixth consecutive year, courtesy of Business Insurance and Best Companies Group. This recognition program serves as a testament to the continuous efforts of employers in creating an enriching, thriving, and nurturing workplace for their employees. In 2023, a total of 100 companies are being honored, each categorized into three distinct groups based on their workforce size: small (25-249 employees), medium (250-999 employees), and large (1,000 or more employees).

The Best Places to Work in Insurance program surveys a wide spectrum of insurance-related enterprises, including retailers, wholesalers, insurance companies, and other industry entities. The selection process to determine the best places to work consists of two fundamental components. Firstly, employers participate in a comprehensive questionnaire detailing their company’s policies, practices, and demographic profiles. Secondly, a confidential questionnaire is distributed to employees, allowing them to provide anonymous feedback on their contentment within the company and their level of engagement.
