About Will
Will Cea is a property Broker who excels in catastrophe-driven placements, industrial placements, and Inland Marine placements. With his unique expertise in the Inland Marine marketplace and the shared and layered marketplace, he has proven to be a very valuable resource for many retail agents.
He has also developed his own niche as a Transportation specialist. As a member of B&R’s Transportation Practice Group, he is their primary expert for Inland Marine coverages for Transportation risks. Through his pursuit of excellence, he develops relationships, market knowledge, and Inland Cargo expertise for the group.
Will started his insurance career as a property Production Assistant at B&R in 2013. He was promoted to Production Associate in 2015, and then Associate Broker in 2016. Beginning in 2017, he created his own book of business from the ground up. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2018 and became a Broker in 2019. That year, he also became a Principal of the company.
Will was recognized by Insurance Business America in their 2019 Young Guns report, a special feature recognizing the next generation of insurance industry leaders, all age 35 and younger. In 2021, he was recognized by Business Insurance as one of their Break Out Award winners, a program honoring 40 top professionals projected to be the next leaders in risk management and property/casualty insurance.
