Shannon joined Alexander Morford & Woo in 2003, which merged with Brown & Riding in 2010. Her insurance career began at Accordia Northwest in 1997, followed by Armfield Harrison & Thomas in 2000, where she focused on professional lines of coverage.
Throughout her career, Shannon has remained actively engaged in the industry, attending prominent events such as the annual Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) conference, Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) events, and other educational forums. She has provided continuing education to retail agents since 2007, sharing her expertise on Professional Liability and Cyber Liability topics. Shannon’s expertise was featured in an article by Rough Notes in 2020, and she moderated a session at the Annual PLUS Conference in Chicago in November 2024.
