About Shaida
Shaida Monshi has worked in the insurance industry for over 35 years. She joined Brown & Riding in 1996 and at that time launched the firm’s Property practice. She was instrumental in developing the quality standards for the group, leading to a high professional reputation in the marketplace. B&R’s Property Practice Group is known to be among the best in the business with great attention to underwriting principles and coverage analysis. In addition to open market placements, Shaida has initiated and assisted in several proprietary property contracts. Prior to joining B&R, Shaida spent 10 years in retail brokerage, where she managed risk placement and client management for Real Estate Developers & Owners and Public Entity risks, including local flagship accounts.
