About Jake
Jake Brannan is a specialized Broker who is highly qualified in securing Management Liability coverages relating to Financial Institutions and Publicly Traded Corporations. With Management Liability being an ever-changing sector, Jake has found success by focusing on customer service, coverage, and collaboration with insurance companies to customize solutions for every insured. Jake started his insurance career at Brown & Riding as an intern working on the Private and Non-Profit Management Liability team. Due to his keen ability to analyze and negotiate coverage, Jake progressed quickly. Within a few years of joining Brown & Riding, he began managing the Canadian Public D&O team and the U.S. Public D&O book in Seattle. In 2017, he became a Broker and has shown a unique ability in placing coverage for companies with complex risk profiles, and as a result, has earned a reputation as a preeminent specialist in his field.
Jake is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Risk Management & Insurance. When Jake is not in the office, most of his time is spent with his wife and their three young boys.
