About Grayson
Grayson Lamb is a Property Broker specializing in real estate focused risks. He joined Brown & Riding in 2017.
Grayson began his career as a Production Assistant and progressed to becoming a Broker in five years. He enjoys the variety of his workdays and the hypercompetitive and relationship-based nature of the industry. Ultimately, he describes his job as helping people and finds that aspect extremely rewarding.
As someone who has benefitted from mentorship, he is committed to investing in the development of future industry talent. He is actively involved with his alma mater, The University of Mississippi, and has spoken to classes in the Risk Management and Insurance program, sharing his professional experiences and industry knowledge with students. Additionally, Lamb is a member of Young Risk Professionals (YRP) in Dallas and values forming relationships with industry peers.
Grayson demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail. He is committed to creating true partnerships with clients and frequently cross-markets different aspects of a placement with other specialist brokers in the firm who can bring value to a specific portion of an account. This collaboration enables Grayson to bring the best talent to the table for the insured.
