About Grayson
Grayson Lamb is a Principal, Senior Vice President, and Broker specializing in real estate-focused property risks and builder’s risk. He excels at creative problem-solving and is known for his strategic approach and ability to navigate complex accounts. He is committed to collaboration and draws on the firm’s broad expertise by including additional specialists when their insights will strengthen the placement and deliver more comprehensive solutions for the client.
Since beginning his insurance career at B&R in 2017, Grayson has distinguished himself through his initiative and drive, advancing to the role of Broker within five years. He thrives on the variety and complexity of each risk, as well as the competitive and relationship-driven nature of the industry. He is driven by the opportunity to guide clients through complex decisions, providing confidence that they have the right strategy and the right team behind them.
Grayson has a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Managerial Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from The University of Mississippi, where he is actively involved. He has spoken to classes in the university’s RMI program, sharing his professional experiences and industry knowledge with students. Having benefitted greatly from mentorship in his own career, he is committed to investing in the development of future industry talent. He is a member of Young Risk Professionals (YRP) in Dallas and values forming relationships with industry peers. He was also recognized as a 2024 Rising Star by Insurance Business America.
