About Bridgette
Bridgette Hand is a Broker with a strong focus in Healthcare, including Allied Medical, Human/Social Services, and Senior Living. She and her team also specialize in General Liability, MLPL, SAM, Excess, Cyber, and Crime. Together, they take a respectful and responsive approach to clients’ needs, ensuring clients know their business is a priority. Her friendly, hardworking team is committed to helping retailers and their clients get the best coverage options available in the market.
With several family members in the industry, Bridgette was a natural fit for insurance. She began her career with Brown & Riding in 2006 in the claims department. Shortly thereafter, she moved to the Casualty department where she worked for a professional lines/environmental broker. After growing to take over all casualty environmental business for the Los Angeles office, she then transitioned to Management & Professional Liability in 2010.
Bridgette loves the variety that an insurance career offers, getting to meet new people, and learning about new lines of business. She is currently working on her RPLU designation. She is involved in several industry organizations including, but not limited to, Young Insurance Professionals, IIAB, and IICF as an Associate Board Member. She attends WSIA and PLUS events and was previously on the PLUS Steering Committee.
