B&R Receives Award Based on Employee Satisfaction Rating
Brown & Riding has been named as a 2020 “Top Insurance Workplace” by Insurance Business America (IBA). This program evaluates organizations in the insurance industry based on anonymous feedback from employees, who rate their company’s benefits, compensation, culture, technology, employee development, and diversity. IBA surveyed thousands of insurance professionals across the country to discover the industry’s best places to work. Organizations had to receive an 80% or greater average satisfaction rating from their employees to earn a spot on the list, and only 67 companies have been named this year as a Top Insurance Workplace. Brown & Riding earned a 91.3% satisfaction rating, placing 3rd in the medium employer category (100-499 employees).
