Top Insurance Employers 2026

Brown & Riding has been named as a Top Insurance Employer by Insurance Business America for an eighth year. The 2026 list recognizes 31 insurance organizations that are setting the standard for workplace excellence and employee experience, with honorees selected based on employee feedback. Participating organizations must provide information about their workplace offerings, while employees anonymously evaluate their employer across areas including compensation, benefits, culture, and professional development. To make the 2026 list, organizations must achieve an average employee satisfaction score of at least 75%.
