Insurance Business America (IBA) has named Brown & Riding a 2022 Top Insurance Employer. This award is based on an anonymous survey taken by employees. They provide feedback on benefits, compensation, technology, culture, diversity, and employee development. Thousands of employees were surveyed from various companies around the country to determine the best places to work in the insurance industry.
To receive this rating, organizations must receive a score of 80% satisfaction or better to earn a spot on the list. B&R is one of only 63 companies that were named as a Top Insurance Employer, and one of 15 companies in the medium employer category (101-500 employees).
