Insurance Business America (IBA) has recognized Brown & Riding as a 2020 “Five-Star Wholesale Broker” in every category. This award is based entirely on feedback from Retailers, who submitted surveys directly to IBA. In addition, companies earning the Five-Star rating in all 8 categories received the additional designation of “All-Star,” a special title given to highlight a company’s exceptional overall service. We are very proud and honored to receive this recognition.

To earn the recognition, producers were asked to rate wholesale brokers on a scale of 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent) in 8 different service categories. Wholesalers who received an average score of eight or higher earned the Five-Star recognition.
