Insurance Business America recently conducted a survey where retailers identified Brown & Riding as a “Five-Star Wholesale Broker” in every category. To achieve this rating, producers were asked to rate wholesale brokers on a scale of 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent) in eight different service categories. Wholesalers who received an average score of 8 or higher earned the Five-Star designation. Thanks to your votes, Brown & Riding earned this recognition across the board, in all 8 categories:
- Underwriting responsiveness / turnaround time
- Range of products
- Technology and automation
- Marketing support
- Compensation
- Technical expertise and product knowledge
- Overall relationship
- Claims support
