Brown & Riding has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in Insurance” for a fifth consecutive year by Business Insurance and Best Companies Group. This program is designed to acknowledge the efforts of employers to make their companies a place that employees can enjoy, thrive in, and grow. For 2022, 100 companies are being recognized, and are separated into 3 different groups based on size: small (25-249 employees), medium (250-999 employees), and large (1,000 or more employees).
The “Best Places to Work in Insurance” program contains two parts to determine the best places to work out of retailers, wholesalers, insurance companies, and other insurance companies. The first step is a questionnaire for employers about their company policies, practices, and demographics. The second is a confidential questionnaire that goes out to employees where they can anonymously give feedback about their satisfaction in the company and its engagement.
