Brown & Riding is honored to be named for the third year in a row as one of the “Best Places to Work in Insurance” by Business Insurance and Best Companies Group. This annual program recognizes employers in the insurance industry for their outstanding performance in establishing workplaces where employees can thrive, enjoy their work, and help their companies grow. 100 companies are being recognized for 2020, and rankings are organized by company size: small (25-249 employees), medium (250-999 employees), and large (1,000 or more employees). The “Best Places to Work in Insurance” program recognizes retailers, wholesalers, insurance companies, and other industry providers who have demonstrated the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Best Companies Group (BCG) identifies leading employers by conducting a free, two-part assessment of each company. The first part involves an in-depth employer questionnaire to assess company policies, practices and demographics. The second is a confidential and anonymous employee survey, administered by BCG, allowing employees to offer their honest feedback on engagement and satisfaction.
