Benefits SummaryBrown and Riding offers some of the industry's most competitive salaries and benefits, as follows: Health InsuranceB&R offers Health Insurance Coverage through Blue Cross of California, which all employees and their families are eligible for. The employee can choose between an HMO or PPO. We also offer Dental & Vision Coverage available for employees and their families.
Paid Time Off 0-4 years – 18 days per year 5-9 years – 23 days per year 10+ years – 28 days per year Additional time is offered for bereavement, Jury Duty and time-off to vote
Paid HolidaysB&R provides employees with ten paid holidays each year
Group Life Insurance / AD&DB&R provides each full-time employee with $50,000 of life insurance and AD&D coverage.
Long Term Disability InsuranceB&R provides each full-time employee with LTD coverage at 60% of employee’s gross monthly earnings up to $8,000 per month.
Flexible Spending AccountsThe FSA allows eligible employees to pay for specific health, dependent care, and transit expenses with pre-tax dollars. Additionally, employees are able to pay for insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars.
401(k) Retirement PlanEligible employees can defer up to 16.5% of their income to a 401(k) plan, in which B&R will match 50% of every dollar up to the IRS maximum.
Continuing EducationB&R conducts a broad range of in-house continuing professional education courses. Additionally, B&R pays for all CEU’s and outside training and development courses.
Parking/Transportation ReimbursementB&R provides free parking or a transportation reimbursement to offset the costs of commuting to and from work.
Flex Work HoursB&R normal workweek is 37.5 hours per week with flexible work schedules. This allows employees to have an excellent balance between work life & personal life.
